    I recieve a lot of questions about what supplements I take, which brands, just how much etc. I went years without using anything. Along with terms of supplements, I still choose to keep it down. Your most effective supplement is and constantly medicine foods you eat. That being said, what I take, I seriously love, and i believe it helps me tremendously, because i figure out along with recovery.

    Pre-Workout: WHY and WHAT?

Personally i think like my system has processed it well enough by the time I recieve to conditioning.
