Megan Sutton

Megan Sutton is a speech-language pathologist in Vancouver, Canada and co-founder of Tactus Therapy, a company that develops evidence-based speech therapy apps for adult communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Megan earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University after earning a B.A. in Linguistics from Rutgers University. She has worked passionately with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders for over 14 years in inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in aphasia. Megan is a clinical faculty member of the University of British Columbia and the co-author of Healing the Broken Brain, a book about stroke recovery. Megan presents on the topic of using apps in adult rehab to SLPs around the world. She is a member of AHSA's Special Interest Group 2 - Neurogenic Communication Disorders, ANCDS, and AphasiaAccess and was the recipient of the 2015 Honours of the Association awarded by BCASLPA.
