Dr Mallary Tytel is a successful author, renowned speaker, coach, and complex systems thinker. Since founding her company, Healthy Workplaces over 15 years ago, she has led a national consulting practice that centers on human systems dynamics, diversity, social equity, women’s leadership, and creating healthy, productive, and sustainable environments.
She is the former CEO of an international health, education, and training corporation; has served as a key advisor to senior-level civilian and military personnel within the U.S. Department of Defense; and created and delivered innovative leadership training programs in over 40 diverse communities worldwide. She co-founded the Simple Rules Foundation, whose mission is help individuals, organizations, and communities create systems change; and most recently she joined the faculty at Grand Canyon University School of Nursing and Healthcare Professionals.
Mallary has a Ph.D. from the Union Institute and University, an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and is a certified executive coach and mediator. She is also the author of seven books; and planning two more to be published in 2019.
